Hello! If you are reading this then that means you haven’t gotten sick of all my hat postings over the last little while, so thank you! I know it’s been a little excessive, but I promise with Spring on the horizon I will get to other projects soon. 🙂
I made this hat as a Christmas gift for my sweet little nephew who’s parents are big music fans. The pattern is by Sarah over at Repeat Crafter Me (where else?). I tend to do my single crochets and half double crochets rather tightly, so although I followed the pattern size for Child, it actually fits more of a Toddler/Pre-schooler size head.
The yarn I used for this was Loops and Threads Impeccable in True Grey and Black. I made one of these a few years ago when I first started to crochet as a baby gift for the same nephew but he out grew it. It was so tiny it fit on a snow globe!
I think hats are one of my favourite things to make (if you couldn’t tell that already!). They are nice quick projects and they can be made so many different ways.
Well that’s all I have for now, thanks for stopping by! I have a few different and exciting projects on my hook right now that I hope to get around to sharing soon.
In the meantime, you can check out other hats I’ve made here. Happy hooking!
